  • Reporting to the Head of Technical Support your main responsibility will be the maintenance and operational support of our Document Management System, which is based on Oracle’s WebCenter Content Server. You will also be involved in a project to implement a new Document Management system.
  • Alongside your DMS responsibilities, you will develop and maintain applications. These applications include both modern and older systems.

About the role:

  • Addressing and resolving production issues.
  • Managing user permissions and access controls.
  • Responding to users and audit requests.
  • Providing technical support for the DMS web API to other development teams.
  • Managing certificate renewals.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing new features.
  • Enhancing existing features to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of code quality, maintainability, and efficiency across our application landscape.

QualificationsAbout you:Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in C#, Transact-SQL.
  • Experience in website and web API development.
  • Angular or similar framework, Typescript, Html, CSS, jquery
  • .NET, .NET Framework, Web API, Entity Framework
  • Strong interest in software craftsmanship.
  • Passion for refactoring old code to improve quality and maintainability.
  • Enjoyment in debugging complex environments with many interacting standalone components.
  • Ability to participate in several projects in parallel.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-organization and autonomy.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • High motivation and capable of working in a challenging international environment in teams across different locations.
  • Ability to own tasks, prioritize work, multi-task, and work independently with remote supervision.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with Angular and Scrum is a plus.
  • Experience in Java, PL/SQL and Idoc Script, is a plus.

Education:

  • Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in English is a must (writing and speaking). All communications are in English.
