Software Project Manager Wanted! 🚀 Miller Maxwell is helping an international Financial Software Vendor seeking to hire a hire a Software Project Manager. With US growth, they have several key software engineering delivery projects taking place in 2025, 2026 and beyond.As a Software Project Manager, you’ll be crucial in delivering client based software solutions. Your expertise in managing software projects will ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction, especially with your background in financial software and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities for the Software Project Manager:

• Manage end-to-end software projects, from planning to deployment.
• Use your project experience to guide teams effectively.
• Deliver financial software solutions, addressing industry challenges.
• Champion Agile methodologies for optimal project execution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks using Agile techniques.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and experience for the Software Project Manager:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
• At least 3 year commercial software project management experience.
• Commercial experience delivering software-based projects.
• Experience in delivering financial software projects.
• Projects are software engineering related so experience working with software engineers, developers, and architects is required.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
