• Provide BSS&BES technical testing services for the product, verifying the functions confirmed and required by carrier customers.
• Feature check, simulate the daily life scenarios in the system to verify that the logic and performance can match the expectations.
• Basic skills to find out the root and analyze the reason why the system is not working properly.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication is a must.
• Has a basic understanding of telecom networks and services (2G; 3G 😉
• Understanding of technical support operation model and processes;
• General knowledge about IT-related skills;
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Oracle database and the No-Graph system

, Experience in Telecom/IT support will be a plus.,
