Our client, a growing legal practice, who are expanding their residential property team, are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their department, offering a fully remote working arrangement. This represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced solicitor to progress their career with complete autonomy.Position Overview
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of residential property matters. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service.Responsibilities

• Handle freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
• Manage shared ownership schemes, rights to buy and transfers of equity
• Provide professional and competent legal advice
• Adhere to deadlines and effectively manage own caseload

Requirements

• Require a minimum of three years’ experience, ideally for a candidate already established in home working, with proven team management expertise in a remote environment.
• Proficient in IT and case management systems
• Effective business development and marketing skills
