Our client, a well-established private practice in Suffolk, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their residential property team. The Conveyancer will play a key role in the firm’s residential property department, managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth property transactions and maintaining the firm’s high standards of client service.Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the transaction process
• Ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with conveyancing processes and legal requirements
