Our client, a Lexcel-accredited legal practice, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to contribute to the firm’s commitment to providing high-quality legal services.Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload and provide expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Your work will ensure smooth property transactions and contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence.Responsibilities
- Standalone role where you will manage your own conveyancing caseload efficiently
- Offer expert guidance to clients
- Meticulously prepare and review legal documentation
- Coordinate with relevant parties for timely completions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property law and processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and IT
