As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding advice to a wide range of clients. You will work on a broad spectrum of residential and commercial property litigation matters, contributing to the firm’s commitment to delivering positive results for clients.Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, possession claims, and lease extensions
  • Draft and review legal documents that accurately reflect clients’ instructions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth and success by delivering high-quality work and achieving positive outcomes for clients

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 4 years’ PQE
  • Proven experience in general property litigation work
  • Excellent client relationship abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
