We’re seeking a talented Solutions Design Specialist to create and implement advanced logistics solutions for our growing portfolio of clients in the dynamic battery industry.Your Mission:As a Solutions Design Specialist, you will be the architect of innovative and efficient logistics solutions, from initial concept to implementation. You will:

• Analyze & Strategize: Dive deep into tender and RFQ documentation, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimized logistics solutions.
• Design & Develop: Create comprehensive logistics concepts, including:

• Designing efficient warehouse layouts and optimizing space utilization.
• Developing streamlined processes and workflows to maximize productivity.
• Conducting detailed cost calculations, pricing analysis, and productivity assessments.
• Building compelling business cases supported by data-driven insights.
• Create Winning Proposals: Develop persuasive proposal documents and presentations, and lead customer meetings and workshops to showcase our expertise.
• Champion Sustainability & Safety: Ensure all solutions adhere to the highest safety, quality, efficiency, and environmental standards, contributing to a greener future.
• Collaborate & Lead: Act as the central point of contact, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Support & Execute: Contribute to broader project initiatives and ensure seamless project execution.

Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsWhat You Bring:

• Education: Degree in Economics, Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract or warehouse logistics, demonstrating a strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience with AutoCAD/CLASS (or similar layout tools) is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
