The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.As the Marketing Automation Solution Engineering Lead, you will be a leader of solution and software engineering team overlooking the implementation and deployment of the business solutions. Collaborating closely with Product Owner(s), Product Architect(s) and other DevOps teams you will need to understand the business needs, helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.You will be driving excellence in engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce IT landscape. This role involves also hands-on development work.You serve as a key contributor in refining and driving excellence in solution engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape.The role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.Your responsibilities would include:be the key contributor in the design, configuration, development and integration of IT solutions within the tech stack: Marketing Automation, together with other team members, to enable use cases per the needs of the businessmanage Marketing Technology Stackmanage the team by fostering collaboration, clear communication, setting goals and expectations, providing feedback, recognizing and rewarding effortsprovide technical and architectural input to guide the development of scalable and robust solutionstailor technical solutions for OpCo’s requirements, often leveraging existing products or servicescustomize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope. Develop and maintain configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practicescommunicate with users and OpCos, working closely with the PO and other DevOps teamsoversee the resolution of complex technical or business challenges in areas such as Sales CRMintegrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automationconduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionalityprovide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as neededdrive continuous improvement in platform stability, performance, and scalabilityproactively identify and recommend opportunities to optimize team delivery and business processesadhere to solution standards, architectural guidelinesknowledge transfer: document configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference & support with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teamsCollaboration:act as a technical mentor to less experienced team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharingcontribute to the establishment and refinement of the appropriate deployment process. Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurationsprovide support to other Commerce teams by addressing technical queries, highlighting risks, and proposing improvements across different phases of the development cyclecoordinate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensure that all Heineken standards are appliedcollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Product Architects, and DevOps teams, to ensure seamless delivery and support of solutionsstay updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscapework on continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in systemsYou are a good match if you have:8+ years of working experience in a similar position developing IT solutions into large multi-nationalsa least 5+ years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of mandatory-to-know technologies5+ years of managerial experiencestrong understanding of configuration management principles and practicesproven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutionsexperience in the rollout of global solutions operating across global marketsstrong knowledge of distributed systems and integration methodologiesexperience with working in an Agile environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliveryexperience with automation testing toolsstrong communication skillsExperience in stakeholder management with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels as well as balance viewspragmatic, and collaborative team playeryou thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and can learn new technologies fastproblem-solving skills and ability to make critical technical decisionsTechnology Stack: Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing/Adobe, CRM best practices, Guidelines in setting up omni channel campaigns, Marketing Automation APIs , Setting up of Marketing Automation Instances, Consumption Model for Marketing Automation Platforms, SQL/SOQL, Programming Languages: JS, Python, Microservices and MESH architecture, Consent Management, CDP Platforms: Salesforce Data Cloud/Customer Insights/SAP CDPAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
