We have our own 8 production facilities in 6 countries and we are a total of 4,700 employees dedicated to enabling sustainable cleaning worldwide to improve quality of life.In our production site in Nagykanizsa or alternatively in our Budapest HUB (Infopark) we are looking for a Sourcing Project Manager, who is leading sourcing projects and support new solution development activities.Main responsibilitiesDrive re-/in-/out-source, cost out projects in liaison with project team R&D, Category Management, Quality, Production etcMeet relevant standards for price, quality, timing and reliability of supply (Project Management).Plan, direct and track purchasing activities in relation to new solution development (NSD projects), such that direct materials (parts).Hold commercial responsibility for own product development projects (direct material and investments in tools).Plan all procurement activities in relation to own projects and take part of the collaborative planning session with the project core team (senior project management, technical project lead, quality project lead, production project lead).Identify the potential risks and take the necessary actions to reach the project KPIs (saving/machine price; time; cost)Manage supplier selection in liaison with respective category managers, R&D, quality and production.Manage and execute RFQ process including contract award in liaison with respective category managers.Present the statuses to Steering Committee and provide suggestions in case of barriers.Close communication with Suppliers and Project team to create transparency within the projects.You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or similar faculties. You have relevant experience at Project Management/ Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / Purchasing or comparable functions. You speak and write fluent English at a high level and you have great analytical skills and master Excel and PowerPoint at a high level. Excellent presentation skills are desired. Lean experience or relevant production experience is a plus.As a person, you have excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management on all levels, coupled with solid change management capability and superb negotiation skills. Most importantly, You are eager to learn and ready to develop with your skills within Strategic Sourcing – day by day. It is important that you can embrace change, enjoy an agile environment and have a continuous improvement mindset. You have great business acumen and with the ability to prioritize to maximize value for the business.
