, we are a technology company operating globally and providing innovate solutions and products in highly demanding sectors.Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech.We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager / Senior Systems Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of complex developments related to high-throughput communications payloads for our next-generation LEO satellite constellation. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced electronic and RF subsystems, including Software Defined Radios (SDR), RF front-ends, and phased array antennas, from system architecture through MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Testing).You will act as a technical leader and integrator, driving alignment between engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-performance payload solutions on time and on budget.Tasks to be performed:

  • Lead the development and delivery of space-qualified high-throughput communication subsystems, including SDRs, RF chains, and active phased arrays.
  • Coordinate engineering design, production, and AIT across internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Manage system requirements, RF budgets, interface definitions, and verification plans.
  • Own the technical program schedule, risk register, and cost control across all project phases.
  • Define and support test campaigns for functional, RF, and environmental qualification.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable space standards (ECSS, MIL-STD, IPC, etc.) and mission-specific requirements.
  • Act as the primary technical interface to subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to payload architecture decisions and lead subsystem-level trade-offs.
  • Report progress and critical issues to technical and executive leadership with clarity and rigor.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile:

  • Master’s or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in space systems engineering or technical program management roles.
  • Hands-on experience in the development of RF/telecom payloads for LEO or GEO missions, including SDRs and/or phased arrays.
  • Strong knowledge of MAIT processes and space qualification for electronic and RF equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs across engineering, industrial, and supply chain domains.
  • Solid understanding of satellite communication systems and high data rate payload architecture.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ECSS, IPC-A-610/620, MIL-STD-1540).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • EU or NATO-friendly citizenship is preferred due to export control constraints.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in New Space constellations and high-volume manufacturing of telecom payloads.
  • Knowledge of digital beamforming, adaptive antennas, or Ka/Ku band technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe in hardware development environments.
  • Exposure to both technical execution and commercial program management.
