An American multinational company is looking for a talented Spanish speaking AP Specialist colleague to their team.Benefits:A chance to be part of a rapidly expanding organizationCompetitive salary and cafeteria benefits; sport allowance, medical benefitsTeam events, Company eventsAnnual bonus for top performers and annual salary reviewYour tasks will be as a Spanish speaking AP Specialist:Resolution of matching errors of vendor invoices, purchase orders and receipt acknowledgmentIntercompany, 3rd part supplier invoice processing based on the company chart of the account into OracleEmployee travel expense cash claims and credit card claims processing based on the company chart of accounts into OraclePrepayment postingCompliance, approval verification, and quality control reviewInternal and external query handlingMonth-end close reconciliations preparation (AP SL-GL, and transit accounts)Research and reconciliation of accounts payable balances and vendor statementsRecord retention, tracking, and reporting for tax purposesAudit support specific to accounts payableEscalate any issues/problems/deviations to P2P Manager as necessaryEnsures that all relevant Internal Audit & Business Compliance guidelines, controls and policies are followedRequirements:Relevant experience in Accounts Payable or similar positionsFluency in English and SpanishUniversity/ College degree with a qualification in Finance/ Accounting or Economics is preferredERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP etc.) is a plus
