Bank, biztosítás, SSC (Shared Service Center)kockázatelemző, accounts receivableVACANCY DESCRIPTION: As Credit Risk Analyst you will be responsible for the Credit Risk activities of every operating company within the FSSC. You will perform credit analyses, determine credit limits, and support the order release process in accordance with internal procedures. The activities can be divided into the following topics: 1. Customer Acceptance 2. Customer Review 3. Policies & Procedures 4. Process Improvement & Projects 5. Reporting 1. Customer Acceptance · Analyse (new) customers regarding risk profiles and determine creditworthiness of new business using internal and external sources. · Actively advise Opco’s on customer risk assessments and on applicable credit profile · Trade contracts: assessment of contracts, advise Sales in negotiations. Host Credit Committees within the OpCo’s to review and approve the new customer requests. 2. Customer Review · Design and maintain the alert functionality (support by external credit information) on existing accounts to make sure in case of changes in relevant financial indicators an alert is created to take further actions. · Monitoring, requesting and managing credit information reports, if necessary credit insurance reports. · Determine risk exposure / credit rating / default score – PD Rating · Risk modelling => customer segmentation (based on sufficient knowledge of customer) · (Pro-) Actively advise Opco’s on risk assessments of existing customers and related changes regarding credit profile (credit limit, payment conditions/ guarantees, etc.) · Host Credit Committees within the OpCo’s to review and approve the relevant changes as an outcome of the continuous review process of existing customers. 3. Policies & Procedures · Design, maintain and execute the Credit Policies applicable within the RFC organization · Act as the point of contact within the organization regarding questions on the content of policies and procedures related to Credit Risk Management · Safeguard that all relevant policies & procedures are explained in a clear way to the internal stakeholders. Making sure that future changes are embedded within all relevant processes. · Perform as the gatekeeper to make sure all OpCo work in line with the policy guidelines. · Inform, communicate on and resolve Credit Risk matters in consultation and cooperation with the OpCo (Sales, Finance). 4. Process Improvements & Projects · Initiate process improvements to eliminate manual work, reduce risks and increase customer value added activities. · Develop and implement changes in credit risk process. Participate in projects to improve the OTC processes E2E in terms of technology or quality improvement · Participate in cross functional projects within the organization · Support the Team manager AR Credit Risk in process optimisation or other initiatives, maintain the Credit Risk database and contribute to the risk modelling framework. 5. Reporting · Responsible for providing relevant reporting on Credit Risk developments within the customer portfolio of the OpCo’s. · Create and communicate risk reports towards relevant stakeholders.
