As a Sr. Spec. DDIT GCO BA, you will act as a consultant and advisor, providing guidance to improve complex global business processes, products, and services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of solutions that redefine how Novartis operates, working on strategic initiatives with a mandate to deliver impactful solutions.Job DescriptionRole Responsibilities:Engage with GCO user communities to identify high-priority subject areas.Develop rationale and perform scoping assessments for project feasibility.Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business process dependencies.Create end-to-end business process flow diagrams using tools like Visio, Miro, or enterprise architect.Identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate cost, time, and resources for solutions.Liaise with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions.Ensure stakeholder involvement in new services or major upgrades and maintain consistency and traceability between requirements, specifications, and testing.Perform change impact assessments and ensure adherence to security and compliance policies.Drive change management, support super user training, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.Role Requirements:University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT industry.Expert understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture concepts.Experience as a Product Owner for platforms or large complex solutions is an advantage.Proficient skills in global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Working knowledge of product management and agile methodologies is an advantage.
