Then you’re the kind of person we’re looking for!Your profileAs a Senior Business Development Manager at Alleo, you will play a strategic role in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the Dutch market. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying high-potential opportunities to closing complex deals — while building long-term, value-driven partnerships.Your key responsibilities:Own and lead the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline generation to contract negotiation and deal closure, consistently exceeding growth targets.Act as a strategic advisor to prospects and clients, deeply understanding their challenges and aligning Alleo’s solutions to their business goals.Be the face of Alleo in your market segment, representing our brand with credibility and thought leadership to establish trust and authority.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver customer insights, influence roadmap decisions, and improve the overall customer journey.Leverage advanced sales tools and data-driven workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to scale your efforts and maintain a well-organized, high-converting pipeline.Build and nurture a strong professional network and community within your target industries — gathering market intelligence and creating new opportunities through relationships and reputation.This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and delivering results in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.Who are we looking for?
You have:5 + years of proven success in Sales or Business Development, with a strong track record of exceeding targets in a consultative B2B environment.A well-established and relevant network within the Finance or HR domain, enabling faster access to key decision-makers.Deep experience navigating complex sales cycles in fast-paced, high-growth environments — with a focus on long-term value creation and strategic partnerships.Executive presence and influence — you’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, and skilled at moving conversations from interest to action.Exceptional communication and presentation skills — persuasive, energetic, and able to tailor your message to resonate with different audiences.A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset — you take full ownership of your goals, thrive in autonomy, and bring proactive energy to everything you do.Team-oriented but highly independent, capable of driving your own pipeline while contributing to the wider team’s success.Fluent in Dutch, with strong command of English — you’re able to navigate both local and international business environments seamlessly.Why us?We have a great package with very interesting extra kickbacks and bonuses when you deliver.
