DESCRIPTIONWe’re looking for a Senior Product & Reputation Manager to join the Force for Good team. At Amazon, we’re working to be Earth’s most customer-centric company while making a lasting positive impact in the communities we serve. The Force for Good team leads our corporate social responsibility initiatives across Spain and Portugal, driving meaningful change through innovation and strategic partnerships. This role will report to the ES Consumer Growth and Innovation lead. A successful candidate is an effective communicator, has demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders, is customer-obsessed, and has experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights. As a PM you will own end-to-end the scope, management and delivery of large-scale projects.This role is preferably based in Madrid (Spain).Key job responsibilities
– Lead reputation management strategy across ES and PT markets, developing and executing programs that strengthen Amazon’s brand
– Own the “Amazon innovates to positively impact ES/PT” framework, driving initiatives across four pillars:
1. Good Citizen: Driving environmental sustainability programs
2. Good Employer: Workplace initiatives
3. Good Neighbor: Community engagement and Education programs
4. Good Friend: Strategic partnerships
– Design and execute STEM education programs to reach 200k students by 2026
– Manage product donation programs and measure their community impact
– Partner with internal teams to enhance Amazon’s employer brand
– Lead sustainability initiatives aligned with Amazon’s global environmental goals
– Create and maintain measurement frameworks for reputation and impact metrics

The ESPT Customer Growth and Innovation team is the primary advocate for Spanish and Portuguese Customers. We create long term trust with our customers by keeping a high bar on Customer Experience inputs, finding new ways to delight them through both internal and Customer-facing innovation while also driving a positive impact in the community. We plan to do so by supporting our internal Customers (Business teams) in identifying improvement opportunities along Customer journey through: i) providing actionable insight, ii) increase efficiency through automation and iii) identifying scalable growth opportunities empowered by ML models and innovation.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree
– 5+ years of program management experience
– Experience in corporate social responsibility or public relations
– Strong project management skills
– Excellence in stakeholder management
– Strong written and verbal communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Master’s degree in relevant field
– Experience in sustainability or social impact programs
– Knowledge of European markets and regulatory environment
– Experience with measurement and reporting of social impact
– Strong presentation and public speaking skills
