We are looking for a Procurement Reporting SME with a strong focus on reporting and automation tools. You will be responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and the implementation of automation solutions and dashboards within GBS Non-Trade Procurement. This role will act as a key contact for the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions and drive process standardization.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
-Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools to support business operations.
-Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO), Delivery Excellence, and Global Hub teams to implement reporting process changes.
-Monitor and analyze KPIs and OKRs, providing actionable insights through reporting.
-Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and FIT/GAP analysis for relevant projects (e.g., CFIN, T4M).
-Act as a liaison between Delivery Excellence, GPO, Global Hub, and other stakeholders to implement process improvements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-Proficient spoken and written command of English.
-University degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
-Minimum of 4-5 years of business experience, preferably in Procurement.
-Solid knowledge of Power BI, Excel VBA, and Power Query (mandatory).
-Experience with automation tools and dashboard creation.
-Knowledge of Celonis (preferential).
-Strong experience with SAP and end-to-end process understanding.
