Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Analytical Processes & Operations – Stability CoE and Reporting team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Stability SME Scientist, based in Braine, Belgium.About the JobThe role involves managing the stability of New Chemical Entities (NCE) and New Biological Entities (NBE) from phase III until the end of the product lifecycle. You will provide and develop knowledge and expertise for UCB products, ensuring efficient interfaces with various departments.What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate stability of NCE and NBE products autonomously.
  • Interface efficiently with QC and development laboratories, CoE Analytical, QA, CLO, and CMO.
  • Define and implement simple/local change control.
  • Manage regulatory aspects linked to product stability.
  • Review stability protocols and reports.
  • Identify and implement solutions to routine problems within the scope of work.
  • Execute with autonomy action plans based on clear priorities
  • Ensure follow up of deviations and appropriate root cause analysis

Interested?

  • Master’s Degree in a scientific field.
  • Expertise in NBE & NCE analytical and stability knowledge and regulation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Team-oriented with a transversal approach.
  • Stress-resistant and capable of scientific problem-solving.
