You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the product manager, UX designer, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions.Works with product team to design, develop and operate systems and application software.This position is fixed term and expected to last through June 17, 2026Staff Engineer (full stack), Product SoftwareYour responsibilitiesA professional who resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.Technical

• Consistently produces maintainable, high quality professional software code independently

• Designs services independently

• Debugs production issues involving multiple systems; works to simplify, optimize and remove bottlenecks

• Sets code review guidelines and sets an example in code quality

• Influences the definition of stories and epics

Dealing with Ambiguity

• Technical strategy is defined. Able to deal with ambiguity and adopt

• Helps to interpret ambiguous product requirements and provides clarity

Process

• Identifies opportunities to improve the team’s efficiency and operational excellence, and implements within a diverse scope

• Owns medium, large sub-systems consisting of many moving features and parts of software engineering systems
