Staff Residential Lettings Coordinator

This is an exciting, face paced, varied role, working in a small team who manage a portfolio of 70 residential letting units across the University campuses.   You will be working in a team that is responsible for generating income through the letting of the portfolio, which includes a small number of short-let properties.

You will have a high level of customer contact, from general enquiries, right through to tenant departure.  This will include reviewing and processing tenant applications, occasional property viewings, maintaining the formal lettings process, as well as coordination of payments, arrivals, departures, property inspections, and current tenant communications.

You have experience of working in a residential lettings environment, with a high focus on communication skills and customer service. 

You are an organised, logical, clear thinker, who has excellent IT skills with a key ability to prioritise workload, to ensure attention to detail, even during periods of pressure. 

A full current UK driving licence is essential, held for a minimum of two years, to enable the role holder to be mobile for viewings and property inspections.
