The Role:

 

Oxfam in Syria is looking for Provide support to ensure that safety/security management plan and Sops are developed, implemented, monitored, and reviewed so as to get robust staff security management in consistence with Oxfam policies, standards, and requirements

Experience, Knowledge & Competencies

Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• relevant experience in humanitarian no less than 1 year.
• (preferred) Previous work experience in emergency response.
• Previous experience in humanitarian work in a similar context.
• Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
• good skills in using maps application.
• Good competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good competency in using mapping application.
• Team-working skills.
• Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
• Ability to work with others to develop vision into strategy and communicate and influence this to a wider audience.
• Ability to create the environment to enable others to achieve their objectives and to be able to develop their skills and abilities.
