Home office opportunityWhat tasks will await you:Update all relevant documentation to improve customer experience and prevent future customer issues.
Work on Proof of Concepts and new technology presentations in synchronization with Marketing team.
Support customers in pre-RFI/RFQ phase building their Proof of Concepts based on company products.
Receive and clarify technical requests reported by customers and identify what the real issue is.
Regular reporting for SW investigations progress to all interfaces and escalation to hierarchy.
Support the technical part of the RFI/RFQ project along with Sales and Marketing teams.
Perform workshops or/and training sessions to customer development teams.
Communicate investigation progress at regular intervals to the Customer.
Provide technical support/answers to the RFI/RFQ manager.What you will need:Experience working with remote teams and in an international environment.
Experience and autonomy in issues investigation/resolution.
Knowledge in Linux distributions, bootloader, Kernel
Customer-oriented and collaborative mindset.
Skills in SW/HW investigation procedures
Skills in documentation writing/review.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in telecom system
Knowledge in C / C++.
Fluency in EnglishLocation: Budapest
