Are you ready to be part of the next generation of recruiting guardians, wizards and engineers?
Our Talent Acquisition Coordination team consists of people from France, Germany and Italy and is at the forefront of our recruiting strategy. It has 3 essential life-goals: become the great guardians of candidate experience, the most powerful wizard of interview scheduling and the most advanced engineers of the interview process. As an intern, you will discover all aspects of recruiting for various teams, working with different candidates, recruiters, managers and interviewers on a daily basis.
What you’ll do
As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:
- Candidate experience: You will be responsible for communications assets (emails, messages, calendar invites …) to ensure candidates have clear information on their upcoming interviews. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and work hand in hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest candidate experience possible
- Interview scheduling: You will deliver various interview scheduling from online 1.1 interviews to case studies panels in our offices. You will adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
- Recruiting process optimization: You will help to improve the flexibility, efficiency and comfort of the processes for everyone. You will contribute to interview process design and track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview …) and take over your own projects to improve our recruiting processes.
At the end of your internship you will have :
- Gained a comprehensive insight into the world of recruitment with a strong understanding of candidate experience
- Enhanced your organisational skills and gained extensive knowledge of project management in a fast-paced environment
- Developed your people skills through multi-stakeholder management
