How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide’s head office groups together the main cross-functional functions (marketing, legal, finance, human resources, shareholder relations, communications, etc.). Corporate teams define strategies in their areas of expertise and provide support and advice to the Group’s various entities. Because of its missions and to reflect the Group’s diversity, Head Office is increasingly multicultural and international in scope.
During your internship, reporting to the Procurement Department, and the direct procurement team, you will have to work on the following areas:
1. Support Global Category Manager establishing framework agreement in the field of forklift trucks with three selected suppliers. Ensure implementation & roll-out of the framework agreement in Europe.
2. Support Global Category Manager on cryogenic tank category management. Day-to-day follow-up of on-going framework agreement at worldwide level. Hereunder the main activities:
- Collect, consolidate and assess supplier reports
- Collect, consolidate and assess forecasted demand from hubs
- Build and disseminate monthly market analysis (costs incentives goods and labors)
- Assess and share price list quarterly changes with procurement community
- Follow-up non conformities and claims and contribute to their resolution
- Contribute and add new products in the predictive model for global categories
- Prepare monthly direct procurement committee
- Contribute to the creation and update of supplier executive memo
- Initiate and monitor supplier onboarding with group sustainable procurement team
- Day-to-day exchange and support to worldwide hubs and affiliates
Are you a MATCH?
- You are preparing a Bac+5 degree (Business School, Engineering or University).
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
- You have a sound knowledge of Excel, Google Suite and Power BI.
- You have a good level of written and spoken English.

Salary: Between 1300€ (césure) and 1500€ (end of studies)
