Then this is your opportunity to join us in the Market & Liquidity Risk Control Team in Danske Bank’s business unit for Group Risk Management.As a Risk Specialist, you will develop risk metrics, advanced risk models, and monitoring capabilities for market and liquidity risk, working closely with stakeholders in Trading, Treasury, Quant, IT, and Trade Support. You will also contribute to the development and expansion of our data warehouse capabilities and the automation of our processes. Our team, consisting of 15 members based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and Copenhagen, Denmark, values empowerment, collaboration, and creating an engaging and inspiring work environment. You will work at the intersection of market risk and data science, enjoying collaboration with Risk experts, Traders, Senior Management, IT specialists, and expert Quants.Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring, controlling, and analysing Danske Bank’s market and liquidity risk
• Participating in the development of market and liquidity risk models and the control framework
• Automating processes
• Building stakeholder relationships and supporting the business

Who We Are Looking For:You have a proactive mindset and a strong motivation to acquire new skills. Additionally, you possess:

• A relevant and documented education in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• An interest in coding
• A proactive personality, with a keen enthusiasm for new experiences and the confidence to speak up and ask questions
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) is important.
