The team ensures the availability of a suitable electronic trading product; conducts analysis; oversees order processing and monitoring, as well as providing trade advice for clients across Nordic and European markets. We are a focused team consisting of product specialists and experienced traders. All with effective client facing advisory skills.Order Execution & MonitoringYour key responsibilities will be to secure a high level of execution quality together with your colleagues in the team. As part of the daily operations, we service clients throughout the Nordic exchange trading hours and ensure the platform is ready for business. You will also be involved in data analyses to enhance client execution performance and our execution platform. As you grow in your role, you will be involved in platform development efforts from a front office perspective towards Danske Bank IT and other stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to participate in client pitches to marketing our execution products. This is a great opportunity to work closely with and learn from experienced colleagues.Who We Are Looking For

• Master of Science degree in finance with a quantitative and empirical focus
• Efficient with datasets, strong math and statistical techniques
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and MS Office
• Effective communicator, engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive and disciplined
• Specialist trader responsibilities, adhere to market hours
• Involvement in desk coverage for role growth
