Offer DescriptionThe research fellows will investigate specific milestones of the project NoisyFluid related to the description of turbulence by means of stochastic models, namely particular models of noise or of the output of specific equations driven by noise, examining also several consequences both of theoretical nature, like regularization by noise, and of applied interest, linked to mixing properties and enhanced viscosity and dissipation.RequirementsAdditional InformationEligibility criteriaThe selection procedure is open to applicants who have completed a PhD in Mathematics, Physics, or similar disciplines. Applicants who have completed the aforementioned degrees abroad may also apply, if that degree is recognized as equivalent to the corresponding Italian degree.
