The selected stop Smoking Advisor (Mobile Clinic Unit Driver) will motivate and support clients to achieve their desired goal of stopping smoking by providing it in a mobile clinic setting. The candidate will devise and deliver a client-led treatment plan in concordance with national and local guidelines, effectively and professionally dealing with the issue of the quit attempt until it is resolved. This will include CO monitoring, the completion of accurate data to comply with NICE guidelines, and a comprehensive account of weekly interventions.The selected candidate will be required to drive the mobile unit to various locations across Oxfordshire to reach the deprived community and will take responsibility for the mobile unit ensuring that day-to-day maintenance of the vehicle is arranged, and that the vehicle is kept in a clean and tidy state.Main duties of the jobOffer consultations from the mobile unit setting & explain to clients the principles of Stop Smoking Services so that theycan make an informed choice to stop smokingExplain what the service offers (Nicotine Replacement Therapy, Medications & Vape as well as weekly behavioral support) and enable client to choose best option for their tailored serviceManage conflict effectively either in a group setting or with individual clients.The advisor may potentially be required to work with complex health needs in relation to behaviour change.Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.To actively participate in promotional and campaigning events like No Smoking Day or Stoptober across the yearAbout usSolutions4Health are an innovative company with a passion and a track record for tackling health inequalities.   • Speak, write and read English clearly and fluently
