We are currently seeking a Store Manager for one of our esteemed clients based in County Mayo.As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of individuals. Your leadership skills, strategic mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will be instrumental to the business.Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of supermarket operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise department managers and store staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
• Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and address any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
• Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize wastage and overstock situations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase store visibility.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with the local community and stakeholders to support store initiatives and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
