The companyOur client has a network of more than 120 galleries opened in less than 3 years in 16 countries and a project to open more than 100 galleries for the year 2025 internationally in cities with strong cultural appeal.Your jobAs a Store Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the Gallery and a key player in the success of the point of sale.Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure your sales hotlines and supervise the gallery team in order to offer an unforgettable customer experience to our visitors;
• Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the gallery (cleanliness, stock, security);
• Manage schedules and the distribution of daily tasks;
• Ensure the reporting of sales and productivity figures;
• Participate in the initial and continuous training of salespeople and be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of our service.

Your profile

• First successful experience as a sales consultant in a retail brand required;
• Strong appetite for the business / retail environment;
• Native Spanish and fluent English;
• Excellent commercial and managerial skills;
• Willingness to participate in an ambitious project.

Conditions

• Type of contract: temporary contract until the 31 October 2025
• Start: ASAP
• Full-time job: 40 hours/week
• Remuneration: 30k€-32k€/year according to experience
