You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies to achieve our company goals. You will gain insight into different industries performing under one roof in a company that focuses on digitalization and green transition.Area of responsiblitiesYou will be part of Scandlines’ CEO office which consists of following functional areas: Marketing & Digital Transformation, LEAN, PMO and Strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Leading important decision-making processes for strategy reviews, strategic opportunity scoping, and cross-organizational transformations
- Conduct research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Develop business models, financial projections, and strategic recommendations
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments to align strategic initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to senior executives to drive informed decision-making
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, business models, or expansion opportunities
CompetenciesBesides being an experienced strategist with a flair for numbers we imagine that you have:
- 5+ years in strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or finance
- Strong ability to synthesize data, conduct financial modeling, and derive actionable insights
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies in dynamic environments
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with senior leadership
- An initiative-taking, solution-oriented approach to tackling business challenges
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights and PowerPoint for compelling storytelling
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is essential
