As we accelerate our growth and strategic ambition, our Strategy & Transformation team plays a pivotal role in guiding Ipsen’s long-term vision and executing our most critical initiatives.We are now looking for a Strategy & Transformation Director to help shape Ipsen’s future at the heart of strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.The role reports to our new EVP Strategy and Transformation, member of Ipsen’s Executive Committee.Your Mission :
- Support senior leadership in defining, aligning, and monitoring Ipsen’s long-term strategy and transformation roadmap
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic and transformation projects across business units, functions, and geographies
- Drive strategic planning processes, including the 10-year Long Range Plan in collaboration with Finance
- Deliver high-quality analysis and benchmarks (P&L, KPIs, BD scenarios) to inform decision-making
- Guide project governance and execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk management, and on-time delivery
- Act as a strategic advisor to key teams (e.g. Asset Leads, BD), embedding strategic thinking and tools across the organization
You are a strategic thinker with :
- Previous experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms
- Strong academic background (PhD, Business School, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of the healthcare environment: drug development, regulatory, commercial, medical, and market access
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working with scientific, technical, and business teams
- Agility, curiosity, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

Where will you work
- This role is based on a hybrid model: 60% of your time will be spent with the team in our brand new offices in our HQ in Paris (or London hub) 40% home office.
