Zakres obowiązków:
- Answering incoming phone calls and mails from Slovenian-speaking clients (medical industry)
- Providing clients with technical support
- Providing high quality customer service
Oczekiwania:
- Fluent communication in Slovenian (C1/C2)
- Knowledge of English (A2/B1)
- Communication skills and openness to working with people
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in customer service nice to have / interested in gaining new type of experience
Oferta:
- A full-time position
- Work remotely from Poland
- Employment contract or contract of mandate
- Monday – Friday 8:00-16:00 (8 hours per day)
- Monthly salary 7300-7500 pln gross
