In this role, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team on our exciting and fast-growing brands.
More specifically, you will:

• Support with the planning, execute and maintain trade plans across our Nordic markets and retailers
• Production of POS material for our stores in both Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland
• Create retailer booked online packages and newsletters
• Support field staff with elements in relation to instore events
• Ensure excellent execution on coop advertising spend
• Coordinate with the Key Account Management team, Consumer Marketing Manager and Logistics Department on trade marketing campaigns
• Secure optimal presentation of product pages on retail.com and take charge on online optimization projects
• Prepare one-pagers for commercial department
• Work with the planning and execution of pricing strategies, including competitive pricing analysis and master data updates
• Measure and analyze product and trade performance to ensure optimal product portfolio

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and InDesign) is a plus for this role.You will report to the Trade Marketing Manager for a specific brand.Consumer Marketing Management – Student AssistantWe are looking for a Student Assistant for Consumer Marketing Management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Consumer Marketing Manager supporting with the execution of our Nordic 360 marketing plans for our amazing brands across all functions.
More specifically, you will:

• Lead and support in the execution of consumer events and other consumer facing activities
• Support on internal presentations of our yearly, quarterly and monthly consumer marketing activities
• Lead production process of merchandise for activities and events
• Data collection of consumer insights used for strategy planning
• Update marketing plan in Brand Maker on a monthly basis
• Create quarterly newsletters from brand to field team on upcoming activities
• Ad hoc tasks related to Consumer Marketing

You will report to the Consumer Marketing Manager.The Commercial Division – Key Account Management – Student AssistantWe are looking for strong analytic Student Assistants to join our Commercial Division – Key Account Management (KAM). In this role, you will collaborate with the KAM team to work with retailers across the Nordics, supporting and enhancing our business while developing your skills. You will take part of the daily ad hoc assignments as well as have your own areas of responsibility and projects.More specifically, you will:

• Stakeholder Management, coordinating and executing all needed deliverables internally to accommodate customer requests and deadlines
• Biannual master data registration process delivering key materials (planograms, price list, order sheets, data templates etc)
• Assortment analysis, catalog alignment, root cause analysis and regular SAP updates
• Update trade plan by brand and by campaign
• Update distribution changes and new openings in SAP
• Own and communicate any changes to Launch date, Product codes, pricing etc. between brand and customer
• Coordinate Marketing POS material between brand and customer

Strong Excel skills would be an advantage in this role.You will report to the Key Account Manager (KAM).Commercial Divion – Store Design and Visual Merchandising – Student AssistantWe are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Visual Merchandising & Store Design team.More specifically, you will:

• Manage RMS Maintenance

• Check RMS weekly, track issues, and prioritize urgent cases for vendor visits
• Distribute QR codes to New stores for reporting maintenance issues and update the RMS system with the correct data
• Update the Master database for new installations, rebuilds, or closures
• Create and update price tags twice a year
• Assist with Bulk Orders and Rollouts
• Help create Planograms and Excel sheets biannually
• Provide ad hoc support as needed

You will report to the Store Design & Visual Merchandising Manager.Your Qualifications for All Roles as Student Assistants

• You are pursuing a higher education (CBS, KU, RUC, KEA, Cphbusiness etc.)
• You speak and write English fluently and you are familiar with one of the Nordic languages Danish, Norwegian, Finish or Swedish
• You are proactive and can work independently
• You know how to follow-up and follow-through
• Effective, structured and hands-on approach
• Preferably you already have some relevant working experience

Personally, you have great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders.
