Working closely with the Student Casework Manager, the Casework Officer will provide expert advice and guidance on the range of University casework procedures including Complaints, Disciplinary, Fitness to Study and Fitness to Practise. They will deliver day to day administrative support for Student Complaints, including overseeing casework activity, drafting Completion of Procedures letters and collating student case files for submission to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator.We are seeking to appoint a committed and professional individual with a passion for providing a high quality service in sensitive and complex circumstances.
