We are inviting applications for the role of Student Fees Administrator in our Student Fees Office, part of the Finance department at Royal Holloway.As a Student Fees Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of income allocation, reconciliation, and credit control tasks. You will collaborate daily with colleagues in both the Finance and Student Facing teams, ensuring smooth financial operations.You will be responsible for daily income reconciliation of student receipts, student refunds, general email enquiries, invoicing and collection of fees for students as well as supporting year end.You will meet and assist students with any queries on their fees, account billings and payments and able to show empathy and understanding.You will guide and mentor junior colleagues in the team.We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a good knowledge of accounting and a high standard of numeracy as well as demonstrable experience of working on Accounts Receivable.
