Salary: Grade 4 (£22,681 – £25,138 p.a. depending on experience) 

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements. 

Are you proactive with the ability to provide professional and flexible administrative support across a busy team? Are you highly organised and able to manage competing priorities efficiently? 

This role will provide administrative support to the Student Success Unit in Educational Engagement. 

You will be the first point of contact for queries from a wide range of stakeholders and will be responsible for organising and servicing meetings, both in person and online. You will assist with the organisation and delivery of online and in-person Student Success events, and support Student Success communications. You will ensure that Student Success activities are recorded accurately for reporting purposes and that the team are given appropriate support in data entry. You will be expected to contribute and support other areas of the wider function of Educational Engagement. 

You should have excellent organisational and IT skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, Access, Word and Teams and the ability to learn to use new software quickly and efficiently.  You should also have the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines and a commitment to support the aims of the Access and Student Success Strategy and a data-informed service.
