Job description
IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Study Coordinator to join the Eye Repair Lab (https://research.hsr.it/en/divisions/neuroscience/eye-repair-lab/giulio-ferrari.html). The research focus of the Eye Repair Lab is represented by the molecular and cellular mechanisms controlling inflammation in highly prevalent ocular surface disorders (such as: keratitis, conjunctivitis, ocular surface burns, etc.). Our lab was the first to identify neuroinflammation as a key contributor to the onset and maintenance of neovascularization, pain and inflammation in corneal diseases.Main responsibilities:
Drafting research protocols
Interacting with the Clinical Trial Center, Ethics Committee, and other regulatory entities to initiate research protocols
Coordinating research studies (clinical and preclinical)
Contributing to the drafting of scientific articlesThe candidate we are looking for has the following skills:
Degree in Orthoptics
Master’s Degree/Degree in Biostatistics
Previous and documented experience in the required field
Excellent written and spoken English proficiencyWhat we offer:
