THE CHINESE UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG - SHENZHEN
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Deans and School Director;
Assist School Director to provide supervision and management to the Dean’s Office team;
Coordinate with both internal and external units of the University on various tasks;
Lead projects or special tasks at the School level;
Preparation of materials including presentation slides, proposal writing, and announcement, etc.;
Undertake other tasks assigned by the School’s senior management team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor or higher degree;
A minimum of 6 years relevant working experience;
Team management experience;
Strong communication and interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
Good project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong editing and proofreading ability;
Advanced technical and computer skills to support administrative functions including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and electronic calendar management.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
