Join us to make your contribution.As Supplier Quality Manager you will lead supplier quality initiatives to ensure compliance with AGCO quality standards and customer expectations by overseeing supplier performance, resolving quality issues, and driving improvement. You will conduct supplier qualifications and implement APQP in the NPI phase to achieve “Right First Time” PPAP targets.Your Impact

  • You lead and manage supplier qualification and approval processes, including on-site audits and technical reviews
  • You drive and manage systematic APQP during NPI part development, ensuring teams exceed supplier PPAP “Right First Time” targets
  • You monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier quality performance, including NCR, PPM, and RFT metrics, and lead improvement initiatives
  • You champion and manage problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to prevent recurring issues
  • You work with the Technical Service and Supplier Recovery team to resolve warranty failures
  • You lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, ensuring alignment with company quality goals and supplier performance standards

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred
  • Advanced English communication skills and ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment with willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Technical experience on metal fabrication and good knowledge of welding processes
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and measurement techniques
  • Experience in driving cross-functional business processes and leading supply chain quality improvement efforts
