Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Taking into account optimum use of the resources.Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production
capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations and personnel resources, in
order to create the conditions for an optimum production sequence.
develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
Detailed control of the production sequence, in order to reach an optimum use of the resources
Work on coordinating material movements between production units, in order to ensure an optimum production run.
Actively contributing to cooperation with all sides involved and forwarding all relevant information, in order to keep
themselves and others informed and create optimum logistics chain.
Setup (for finished and semifinished goods) and monitoring of KANBAN control cycles. Support for production in setting
up the KANBAN control cycles for raw-material and semi-finished products.monitor project’s progress to ensure it’s following the schedule
analyse and revise production plans and updating deadlines
keep paperwork organized
use ERP system (SAP/APO) to record and follow through operations, materials, times and other relevant parameters of the jobs
Provision of the necessary production documentation and data for each production order, in order to guarantee
effective and high-quality handling of the work.
obtain output information (number of finished products, ecc.)
prepare and submit status and performance reports
give instructions to determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
troubleshooting problems that occur during production
identify any shortages, bottlenecks or other inventory related problems – ensure they do not re-occur
proactively tackle blocks and barriers to progress

bachelor’s degree or similar or qualification within area of production / logistics / controlling / finance
excellent IT/Computer skills
minimum 12 months’ experience within a similar role
experience of working in operational environment, production, and or supply chain functions
essential good understanding of planning management
experience in working with international teams on operations topics plus understanding of foreign cultures
