The position
As a Supply Chain Professional, your focus will be to both manage the daily operations with your key stakeholders as well as optimizing our key processes related to warehouse operations.
This is a great opportunity to kick-off your academic career by getting deep insights into Logistics and thereby build a strong foundation for your future growth. You will be a part of a team of 7 colleagues whereof 6 are in Denmark while one colleague is working in India.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
-Execute daily operational tasks within warehouse operations
-Write and maintain SOPs and internal agreements
-Support strategic projects from an operational perspective
-Drive initiatives to optimise our daily operations – both short and long term
-Provide support to and collaborate with our key stakeholders to maintain stable warehouse operations
Qualifications
In order for you to be successful in this position, the following qualifications are required:
-A bachelor’s degree within e.g., Supply Chain or Logistics
-Experienced user of SAP
-Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
-Experienced user of MS Office

About the department
Logistics & Distribution (L&D) is overall responsible for the global distribution of Novo Nordisk products between production sites and to our affiliates and regional offices across the globe, focusing on delivering a high service while balancing environmental footprint with financial impact. Furthermore, we are responsible for the storage of GxP products, including inbound and outbound distribution.
We are a department of about 65 employees, divided in Shipping Operations, Validations and Transport Control, Projects and Analytics, Quality and Compliance and Warehouse Center of Excellence.
