The position

Your role is critical and support compliant and efficient vendor management along with successful transfer from project to operations ensuring reliability of the inbound flow. Also to support Inbound Supply with documentation for existing and potential suppliers, products and processes in close collaboration with a variety of internal stakeholders to make ends meet timely, quality and regulatory wise.  In addition, you will support the Category Manager on vendor management related tasks and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders including Manufacturing Development, Warehousing, QC, QA and Process Support.

You will become part of a team of 14 Inbound Supply colleagues, who are responsible for vendor management of raw materials, process aids and managing CMOs. The team is likewise responsible for supply and qualification of new materials and/or suppliers in relation to product launches. The Inbound Supply team is part of the Supply Chain and Procurement, that likewise covers Warehousing, Indirect Procurement, and Production Planning. No travel expected.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you have:

-A master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience e.g. from Supply Chain, QA, Production Support. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and assist driving compliance and process improvement initiatives.
-Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
-Respectful communication aiming at finding consensus in case of colliding points of view.
-Strong drive as well as being capable of prioritizing tasks and planning ahead.
-Good at describing cases, flows and actions in a short and clear way.
-Fluent in both written and spoken English.
