This is an opportunity to embark on an exciting and rewarding career by establishing revenue streams in an untapped territory.After full product, you will be responsible for supporting and advising customers (General, Colorectal, Plastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeons both in NHS & Private), on our range of products. Liaising with Consultant Surgeons and Theatre Managers you will be on territory, maintaining existing and negotiating new business. You will be required to present your products to medical staff and support their use in the operating theatre during surgery.This is a highly autonomous role that will give you ownership for the business in your geographical area.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct product support in the operating theatre
  • Providing professional and effective sales coverage
  • Increasing awareness of semi resorbable hernia products
  • Maintaining an efficient customer record system and update as necessary
  • Generates and pursues leads to achieve sales targets
  • Lead clinical evaluations
  • Provide formal presentations for customers and potential customers
  • Educate the health care team on product use, application, and documentation needs

The successful candidate will be determined and hard-working with a desire to be the best. Experience within the target market is essential and any successful candidate will need to demonstrate a ‘little black book’ of contacts across the region.Qualifications and experience required:

  • Existing experience of working with General and Breast Surgery
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and KOLs across the territory
  • Understanding of treatment pathways and reimbursement within the NHS or applicable health system
  • Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face to face and virtual environment
  • Proactively communicates and proactively takes responsibility
  • Ability to solves challenges and propose solutions
