We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Graduate to join our team from January 2026 to December 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in sustainability data analysis and reporting for a global public company. This tole will report to the CSR & ESG Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

-Process and analyze Environmental, Safety, and Social data from CRH’s operating companies across 28 countries.
-Support preparation of internal and external sustainability reports, including CRH’s Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
-Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development in sustainability reporting.
-Respond to internal and external stakeholder data requests.
-Contribute to project-based activities alongside core responsibilities.
 

Individudal Competencies:

-Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; database experience is a plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
-Integrity, discretion, and ability to build strong relationships.
-Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
 

Education and Experience:

-A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
-You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; previous experiences with databases would be an advantage
 

Flexibility is required within the role, which includes some core elements but also periodic emphasis on more project-type activities. This role is based in CRH’s Stonemason’s Way office in Dublin, Ireland and currently remote working arrangements are available.
