We are growing our Sustainability practice to deliver end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate.Role OverviewIn this position, you will work with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability Team.As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team, reporting to the Global Performance Optimization Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between data insights and tactical sustainability initiatives, ensuring our services deliver measurable value aligned with client-specific sustainability goals in the real estate sector. The Performance Coordinator helps organize and measure initiatives that deliver tangible sustainability outcomes across the client’s real estate lifecycle to achieve scope of work delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management & Reporting
- Manage sustainability performance metrics across different technology platforms with high attention to detail and process-driven approach
- Support client programs to ultimately meet sustainability reporting objectives at the regional and/or global level, (GRESB, GRI, CDP, Energy Star, BRSR, ESOS, etc.)
- Track and report utility, energy and cost metrics, including electricity and gas energy use, waste generation/disposal/diversion and water consumption, through the context of resource conservation in the built environment
- Identify data anomalies, provide variance reporting and research root causes accordingly
- Assist with quality control of client utility and energy data as it relates to sustainability and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop a detailed understanding of data structures within client’s data and technology architecture
- Provide estimated savings reports and assist with business case recommendations associated with above
Program Enablement & Implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data to meet sustainability KPIs
- Support the development of policies and procedures for sustainability in real estate settings and operations
- Assist with the ongoing coordination of sustainability initiatives, including monitoring and reporting outputs
- Support enablement of sustainability programs according to roadmaps specific to client real estate portfolios
- Build contextual understanding of client sustainability objectives and real estate needs
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
- Help identify new opportunities to enhance client sustainability programs
- Document and share success stories to maintain engagement
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- University degree (science, engineering, mathematics, or related field)
- 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis, sustainability or real estate related role
- General understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
Technical Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management of large data sets
- Experience with sustainability reporting preferred
- Familiarity with compiling professional presentations and reports
- Basic understanding of building systems and infrastructure
- Knowledge of data visualization or analysis tools such as Tableau, BI Phyton a plus

- Ability to successfully tells stories and convey challenges and solutions using data
