Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to MS Windows, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools
Communication: keep in touch with customers, vendors, and other departments
Monitoring and Escalation: monitor and document escalation processes to address issues promptly
Voice and Email Support: provide technical support through voice and email channelsRequired skills:1 year or more experience in a similar role
Experience in Desktop support, application support
Exposure to ITSM ticketing tools
Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
Confident use of Swedish
