• ·To have a full and comprehensive understanding of the telephone guide.
• To answer all phone calls in a polite and timely manner and to assist all callers, adhering to all standards outlined during training.
• To deal with guests and members requests in a timely manner and following all standards outlined during training
• To be familiar with all groups, conferences and meetings on the Resort on a daily basis.
• To keep up to date with all information regarding services and facilities available to guests including prices and opening hours.
• To keep up to date on all promotions and special offers available to guests and members across the resort.
• To be responsible for all calls received, both internal and external in a professional and timely manner.
• To be responsible for the passing of messages to guests and managers in a professional and timely manner.
• To announce all calls to guests and management when requested.
• To ensure all guests and members’ messages are dealt with in a correct and timely manner.
• ·To be fully conversant with the daily arrivals and departure listings.
• To work in an organised and efficient manner at all times.
• To ensure all relevant information regarding guests is passed on to reception or Manager.
• To assist Reservations and Front office with arrival letters and confirmations.

• You have previous experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
• You are in possession of excellent communications and customer relations skills.
• You have fluency in English, both oral and written.
• You have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• You will join in as a confident team player and strive to make your mark with team members and customers alike.
