  • Lead the Charge: Craft and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract a diverse range of talent.
  • Partner with Leaders: Act as a key talent partner across the organization to understand the needs of the business, various teams and departments to define, create and/or leverage the tools and processes that enable a smooth delivery and provide outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Innovate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social networks, and professional networks, to discover potential fit for our company from all backgrounds.
  • Measure Success: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our inclusive hiring process.
  • Create an Unforgettable Experience: Ensure every candidate, regardless of background, has a positive and inclusive journey from application to onboarding.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest inclusive hiring trends and best practices.
  • Lead by example to build organizational capabilities, and guide the execution of talent acquisition processes

We imagine that you have:

  • Experienced leadership skills, leading a diverse team across different locations and countries, ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Ability to build trust and interact with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, application tracking systems and candidate relationship management and assessments tools.
  • Results-orientated approach and experience from a fast-paced environment.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
