We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Identification Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top candidates while working closely with our recruitment professionals.In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting international recruitment department in day-to-day tasks.
- Conducting CV screening and initial phone interviews in English with candidates.
- Conducting proactive searches.
- Organizing recruitment meetings.
- Managing the candidate database.
- Publishing and editing job advertisements.
You can be successful in this role, if you:
- Are interested in the HR field.
- Have a very good command of English.
- Have highly developed communication skills.
- Have strong organization skills.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Are available for at least 30 hours per week.
- Are preferably a student of Management, Psychology or Sociology.
- Are eager to learn and take e2e responsibility for projects.
